Grand Falls-Windsor is a world-class tourist destination. 

You'll find many remarkable outdoor attractions in the region.  These include:

 

The Grand Falls Fishway and Salmonid Interpretation Center, Newfoundland’s fastest-growing tourism attraction, is located just four kilometers from downtown Grand Falls-Windsor. While at the salmon ladder be sure to catch a glimpse of the legendary "Grand Falls."Thunder Brook is a popular place for residents to swim, picnic or take in the sights.Beothuk Park, located just two kilometers west of Grand Falls-Windsor offers a place for  tourists to camp in the wild while under the watchful eye of 24-hour park security.

Sanger Memorial RV Park, on the banks of the Exploits River, is equipped with 40 full-service sites for RV's and  trailers.

While in town, be sure to visit the The Rooms Central: Mary March Regional Museum. This facility provides information about our cultural background while offering a glance of the customs and lifestyles of the natives who inhabited the Exploits Valley before the arrival of the Europeans. Go back in time and view life as a logger at the Logger's Life Provincial Museum. Tours of the  Royal Canadian Legion Branch 12, and the Wooddale Tree Nursery are also available with advanced notice. If it's a liesurely walk you want, visit the Corduroy Brook Nature Trail. With over 15 kilometres or trails running through the heart of Grand Falls-Windsor and leading to a wilderness edcursion on the outskirts of town, users are sure to be captivated by the natural beauty and impressivea amenities.
